ZAWISH is the public-facing brand of an independent digital systems business registered in India. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to[email protected].

Information we collect

The project form prepares the information you choose to enter, such as your name, company, email address, project type, budget, timeline, links, and brief, as a WhatsApp message in your browser. The website does not send or store that form content on a ZAWISH server. You review the prepared message and choose whether to send it through WhatsApp.

Our hosting and analytics tools may process technical information including timestamps, page URLs, approximate location, browser, device type, and performance data. We do not intentionally send form contents, email addresses, or phone numbers to analytics.

Why we use it

Service providers and transfers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, web analytics, and performance measurement; its analytics is cookieless and does not receive the form contents. If you continue from the form, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. WhatsApp processes that message only when you choose to send it. Cloudflare and WhatsApp may process data in countries other than yours under their own security and data-protection commitments. We may place enquiry details in a private customer-relationship or project-management system when needed to follow up with you.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, a resulting project, record-keeping, or legal obligations. We periodically remove stale enquiries that have no continuing business or legal purpose. No online service is risk-free, but we limit access and use the security and transport protections provided by our hosting and communication services.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also object to certain uses. Email us with enough detail to identify the enquiry; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and changes

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the site or its providers change. A material update will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
